Refund Policy
Last updated: July 19, 2026
Early Access
LinkTuck is currently in early access. Everything is free with full access to all features — no trial countdown, no credit card, and nothing to refund yet. When paid plans launch, early access users will be notified at least 14 days in advance and will receive founding member pricing. If you choose not to subscribe, your account simply becomes read-only — your data is preserved and you can still view your dashboards and click your links. The sections below describe how refunds will work once paid subscriptions launch.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. There are no cancellation fees. Upon cancellation, you retain full access to all features until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual). After that, your account becomes read-only — your data is never deleted. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
First Payment Refund
We offer a full refund if you request it within 30 days of your first subscription payment — no questions asked. This applies to both monthly and annual plans. Since LinkTuck is free during early access and no payment method is kept on file, your first payment happens only when you actively choose to subscribe.
Renewal Refund
For annual subscription renewals, we send a reminder email 7 days before the renewal charge. If you forgot to cancel and request a refund within 7 days of the renewal charge, we will issue a full refund. Monthly renewal refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Other Refundable Situations
We will also issue a refund if you were charged due to a technical error on our part, or if duplicate charges occurred.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email and the reason for your request. We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via your original payment method. Refunds are issued through Stripe, our payment processor, and will appear on your statement under the same "LINKTUCK" descriptor as the original charge.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refund requests made more than 30 days after the initial payment. Annual renewal refund requests made more than 7 days after the renewal charge. Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
Your Statutory Rights
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. Our 30-day first-payment refund policy meets or exceeds this, and nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
