Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using LinkTuck ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by VGliese Corp ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

LinkTuck is a personal bookmark and link management web application. Users can organize links into dashboards, cards, and sections. The Service is currently offered free of charge during early access, and will be offered as a paid subscription (SaaS) in the future.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. Accounts registered by bots or other automated methods are not permitted — accounts must be registered by humans only. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

4. Subscription and Payment (When Paid Plans Launch)

When paid subscriptions launch, LinkTuck Pro will be available at the pricing shown on linktuck.com at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number; your payment details go directly to Stripe. Charges will appear on your card statement as "LINKTUCK" (or the descriptor shown at checkout). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. All prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes, which will be shown at checkout.

5. Early Access

LinkTuck is currently in early access. During early access, the Service is free with full access to all features. No payment method is collected, and you will never be charged automatically. When paid plans launch, early access users will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance, will receive founding member pricing, and will never be charged without explicitly choosing to subscribe. If you choose not to subscribe, your account becomes read-only — your dashboards stay visible, your links stay clickable, and you can export your data at any time. During early access, features may be added, changed, or removed as the product develops.

6. Cancellation

Once paid subscriptions are available: you may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Upon cancellation, you retain full access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account becomes read-only — your data is never deleted. Downgrading from a paid plan may result in reduced access to certain features.

8. Your Data

You own all data you store in LinkTuck. We do not sell your data. You may export your data at any time. If you delete your account, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to store illegal content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, or interfere with other users. You agree not to use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access or interact with the Service. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

10. Intellectual Property

LinkTuck and its original content, features, and design are owned by VGliese Corp. You retain full ownership of any content you add to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

11. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content stored or displayed through the Service infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with the subject "Copyright Notice," including a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the allegedly infringing material, and your contact details. We will review and remove infringing material where appropriate, and may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold VGliese Corp and its officers, directors, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or that the Service will be error-free. We are not responsible for the content of any links you store in the Service.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VGliese Corp shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

15. Service Changes

We may modify, add, or remove features of the Service over time. If we ever discontinue the Service entirely, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and the ability to export your data.

16. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VGliese Corp regarding the Service.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
